From concept to realization: custom false ceilings and elements take shape with Cema Group
From idea to design, from drawing to production: Cema Group transforms concepts and drafts into custom plaster, plasterboard, and metal suspended ceilings, walls, and decorative elements. A complete and structured process, managed in-house, where every phase contributes to transforming an idea into site-ready construction solutions, integrated and consistent with the architectural project.
DESIGN
Starting from ideas or drawings, Cema Group develops executive designs for custom ceilings and decorative elements, perfectly aligned with the architectural concept.
PRODUCTION
Artisanal precision and technical expertise come together in the in-house production of all components to ensure control over timelines, quality, and adaptation to project specifications.
FINISH
Boiserie and handcrafted finishes complete every project, contributing to the aesthetic definition of the spaces and ensuring continuity and consistency with every architectural detail.
INSTALLATION
Cema Group oversees and coordinates the installation of custom-made decorative elements, ensuring an accurate, timely installation integrated with systems and lighting.

Custom design of decorative elements in plaster, plasterboard and metal
‘Custom-made’ is the key to the work of Cema Group: from site measurements, to design and prototypes, every phase is essential to creating precise workmanship compliant with the architectural design specifications.

METRIC SURVEY
The on-site technical survey is essential for crafting custom ceilings and walls in plaster, plasterboard, and metal. Dimensional data and technical information are gathered to ensure compatibility with existing structures and systems.
CAD DESIGN
Starting from the site survey, technical drawings and executive sheets are developed to define geometries, fixing systems, and assembly methods. Every production phase thus becomes clear and controllable.

CONTROL AND RENDER
At Cema Group, every project is reviewed to identify critical issues related to suspended ceilings, systems integration, and connections. Renderings allow us to evaluate potential challenges, the final impact, and consistency between ceilings, walls, and finishes.
PROTOTYPE
Creating mockups allows ceilings and construction details to be tested before production, validating materials, proportions, and finishes. This phase makes it possible to tangibly verify the feasibility of the element and optimize solutions prior to final production.

In-house production of plaster, drywall, and metal ceilings and walls with Cema Group
Production represents the operational heart of Cema Group: the company manufactures plaster, plasterboard, and metal ceilings in-house in Vicenza, as well as walls and decorative details. The combination of artisan expertise and production capabilities allows every project to be transformed into custom, precise, and functional architectural elements.

JOINERY
Cutting, assembly, the detail to be clad or painted: the in-house carpentry workshop creates the supports and structures necessary for constructing custom ceilings and walls. Starting from the technical department's drawings, the components are prepared for subsequent processing.
PLASTER AND DRYWALL
Alabaster plaster, scagliola, marmorino: starting from the selection of the most suitable plaster, Cema Group creates custom mixes and molds. Decorative plaster elements are manufactured and pre-assembled on the workbench, enhancing precision and assembly speed on site.
Drywall is processed using mechanized systems and prepared prior to installation, enabling the creation of high-precision walls and ceilings with seamless continuity between surfaces.

METALWORK
Cutting, curving, bending, welding: metal fabrication supports the creation of aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel suspended ceilings, as well as support structures for plaster and drywall systems. In-house processing using specialized machinery such as laser or plasma cutting, roll benders, and press brakes allows every structure to be adapted to the project's requirements.
Even the finish becomes custom-made
The detail that defines aesthetics: in-house finishes by Cema Group complete the craftsmanship of custom plaster, drywall, and metal ceilings and walls. Materials, colors, and surfaces are coordinated with the architectural concept, ensuring visual continuity across all components.

SPECIAL
FINISHES
Gold leaf, sublimation, d-print: custom finishes complete plaster, plasterboard, and metal ceilings as well as bespoke elements, contributing to a more exquisite aesthetic definition of decorative details, for refined and elegant architectural spaces.

FILM-COATED
AND LAMINATED
Special decorative coverings allow suspended ceilings and walls to be integrated into the architectural language. For more distinctive finishes, at Cema Group we perform in-house wrapping or lamination, creating surfaces with textured effects tailored to the project.

MATERIAL
PAINTING
Whether liquid or powder, coating is applied to ceilings and walls using certified paints based on the environment of use to ensure long-lasting durability. The use of RAL or NCS color systems guarantees precise color matching and aesthetic consistency.

From idea to reality: the installation of custom-made ceilings and walls with Cema Group
Installation represents a crucial phase for the final quality of the work. Cema Group creates custom-made suspended ceilings, walls, and decorative elements, organizing installation according to the project to ensure execution precision, integration with systems, and adherence to construction site schedules.

AREA PREPARATION
Preliminary work, such as skim coating and plumbing, is carried out to prepare surfaces for the installation of plaster, drywall, and metal ceilings and walls, checking alignments and supports.

INSTALLATION
Installation can be carried out using prefabricated components manufactured in-house. At Cema Group, for every project, the right balance between workshop fabrication and on-site work is defined, optimizing installation time and quality, with particular attention to integration with existing systems and technical equipment.

FINISHING AND TOUCH-UP
Workmanship executed to perfection: final finishes and touch-ups complete the installation. Carried out manually with artisan precision, they ensure aesthetic continuity between ceilings and walls, as well as complete, functional integration into the architectural design.
